Is your car seat really protecting your child?

Find out at the child safety seat check offered by the Cornell University Police, April 28, 9 a.m.-noon, at the Cornell Grounds Shop, 307 Palm Road. Trained child passenger safety technicians will provide instruction in proper installation, use and maintenance of child safety seats.

Interested in U.S. citizenship?

Cornellians interested in preparing to become naturalized U.S. citizens are invited to participate in a free series of classes focused on the civics content of the exam.

The Community Learning and Service Partnership will offer a civics short course, which meets on three successive Wednesdays (April 25, May 2, May 9 4:45-5:30 p.m. in Room 150, Warren Hall.

These classes are open to anyone who works or studies at Cornell who wants to prepare for the U.S. Citizenship exam and will be taught by students in the Methods and Contexts of Adult Learning course.
