The Cornell Wellness Healthy Living Program is offering free group fitness classes (no membership needed) the week of July 23-27 to anyone in the Cornell community with a Cornell ID. Those who attend the classes will be entered to win prizes.
Cornell Wellness created the Healthy Living Program to provide opportunities for physical fitness and social experiences that are appropriate for every size, shape, age and ability. Its group fitness classes, offered weekdays through Aug. 10 and again during the academic year, are geared toward individuals who are first starting a fitness program, have gone through joint replacement, suffer from arthritis, experience lingering joint pain from injury, have physical limitations or disabilities, or who want to improve their balance, fitness and overall well-being.

Faculty, staff, retirees, spouses and partners who are Wellness Recreation members can participate in the Healthy Living Program group fitness classes at any time.
