Vote now for ‘People’s Choice’

It’s time to pick the best of the best.

Nearly 250 photographs were submitted to the 2018 Photo Contest, and judges have narrowed the field to first place, runner-up and honorable mention photo in each category.

Now it’s time for Cornell employees to vote for their top picks – the “People’s Choice” – of the first-place winners: Adults (“Weaving Girl”); Animals (“Heron with Fly”); Cornell (“Subbing for Touchdown the Bear”); Humor (“Tree Hugger”); Landscape (“Landscape”); Nature (“Nature”); New Entrants (“Gen Ivy”); Special Effects (“Abreu Blur”); Structures/Buildings (“Sky Wheel”) and Unspecified (“Winter Morning”).

Email your choice of the best of these photos, by title, to Aggie Binger using your Cornell email address. One vote per person; only members of the Cornell community with a Cornell NetId are allowed to vote. Deadline for voting: Oct. 28.

If the judges’ picks differ from staff picks, both the people’s choice and the judges’ choice will be recognized as the best photos of the 2018 contest. The people’s choice and judges’ choice winners will be announced in the next issue of Pawprint, along with all runners-up and honorable mentions.
