Veterinary students' blog: ‘Any student. Any species.’

Second-year veterinary student Elvina Yau spent in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

WildLIFE, a new, student-run blog for prospective applicants and current veterinary students, shares opportunities in zoo and wildlife medicine at the College of Veterinary Medicine.

In addition to first-hand accounts written by current veterinary students about their experiences, the students compiled information about the curriculum and overviews of many of the zoo and wildlife opportunities at the college. Through such programs as Expanding Horizons, Engaged Cornell, AQUAVET and others, along with personalized research projects, Cornell veterinary students gain experience across many areas of zoological and wildlife medicine.
