Inclusive Excellence podcast tackles workplace diversity

The first two seasons of the Cornell Inclusive Excellence podcast, which unpacks various topics relating to diversity and inclusion in the workplace, are available for download on the Diversity and Inclusion website.

Each episode of the monthly podcast series – hosted by diversity and inclusion specialists Anthony Sis and Toral Patel – features interviews with campus colleagues about their lived experiences of diversity, inclusion and belonging as well as the ways they are creating cultures of belonging.

The Season 2 finale and Season 3 trailer posted in late December, capping a year of conversations tailored specifically to Cornell’s workplace. Recent episodes included:

  • “Am I Good Enough? Overcoming the Imposter Within”;
  • “Do You Have an Accent? Perspectives on Engaging the International Workforce”;
  • “Working Across Generations”;
  • “Veterans at Work”; and
  • “From Law to Belonging – A Conversation with Angela Winfield.”

The Inclusive Excellence Podcast is produced by the Department of Inclusion and Workforce Diversity, in collaboration with the Cornell Broadcast Studios. It is available on SoundCloudSpotify and Apple Podcasts.
