Workplace inclusivity podcast launches Season 3

The third season of the Inclusive Excellence podcast, produced by the Department of Inclusion and Workforce Diversity, launched Feb. 5. The first episode addresses issues surrounding polyamory – the state or practice of having more than one open romantic relationship at a time.

Each episode of the monthly podcast series – hosted by diversity and inclusion specialists Anthony Sis and Toral Patel – features interviews with campus colleagues about their lived experiences of diversity, inclusion or belonging. The series also discusses ways they are creating cultures of belonging, and steps listeners can immediately implement.

The Season 3 debut deals with how seemingly personal elements of one's life can impact the workplace and specifically how we talk (or don’t talk) about relationships at work, and how we can think more broadly and inclusively when discussing topics such as family, relationships and belonging at work.

The monthly podcast is available on SoundCloud, Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
