Cornell NYC Tech has announced the creation of the James H. and Marilyn H. Simons Graduate Fellowship, established with a $2.5 million commitment. The gift is the first such fellowship for the new campus.
The benefits open enrollment period is Nov. 1-21, giving endowed faculty and staff the opportunity to make changes to their health, dental and legal insurance plans. New health and dental plan rates have also been released.
Kenneth L. Robinson, the L.H. Bailey Professor Emeritus of Applied Economics and Management, who taught and conducted research at Cornell for 36 years, died recently at age 89. (Dec. 10, 2010)
