Jonathan Boyarin, professor of modern Jewish studies and an expert on Jewish experience and culture, is available for interviews.

Boyarin is also the author of the newly published “Yeshiva Days: Learning on the Lower East Side,” – part ethnography, part memoir, the book portrays daily life in Manhattan’s Lower East Side and chronicles a side of Jewish life that outsiders rarely see. He will be discussing his experiences and the book Monday during a virtual event.

Cornell University has television, ISDN and dedicated Skype/Google+ Hangout studios available for media interviews.
