This week President Trump will embark in his first visit to Asia, a 13-day trip with scheduled stops in Japan, South Korea, China, Vietnam and the Philippines. The trip is seen as a chance for the administration to clarify its stance on outstanding foreign policy issues in the region, such as the handling of North Korea and U.S. leadership in the Pacific.
