Title 42 block suggests ruling ‘was never properly in place’

A federal judge has blocked the Title 42 immigration policy that allowed border agents to rapidly expel migrants without letting them seek asylum. Jaclyn Kelley-Widmer says the court's reasoning supports the contention that Title 42 was a political, anti-migrant move rather than a public health policy.
