'Lulu: A Monster Tragedy'

Directed by actor/playwright George Sapio, "Lulu: A Monster Tragedy" is adapted from the work of expressionist German dramatist Frank Wedekind (also author of "Spring Awakening"). Set against the repressed backdrop of 1880s Germany and England, "Lulu" follows the rise and fall of a girl whose fatal combination of innocence and overt sexuality leads her through a string of husbands and lovers. Recommended for mature audiences due to violence and sexual situations.

Shows are May 27-29, 7:30 p.m., and 3 p.m. May 29, Barnes Auditorium. Tickets available at the door or at http://www.lulu.ticketleap.com. $8 general admission, $6.50 for groups of three or more (group discount for online ticket sales only).
