The 38th annual open house at Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine will be Saturday, April 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring self-guided tours through the college's medical facilities, exhibits and demonstrations of the latest in veterinary care for domestic and exotic animals.

Presented by students who are working toward the four-year doctor of veterinary medicine degree, the free, family-oriented event features attractions for animal lovers of all ages and education information for those considering careers in the veterinary professions.
