Four Greek chapters at Cornell face sanctions after a series of reviews, stemming from hazing incidents and other violations during the spring semester. Two other chapters are being closed after separate outside reviews by their national organizations and alumni.
The university changed the recognition status of three Cornell fraternity chapters following a review of incidents at each. A fourth chapter was placed on social probation by a Greek peer board.
