In response to the Sept. 11 attacks, Cornell University is offering a new course for the 2002 spring semester that will take a wide-ranging look at the issues of terrorism, religious warfare, global conflict and civil liberties. "This new course presents an opportunity to review and discuss issues concerning global development and its relationship to conflict and terrorism," says James E.
