Parking suggestions, road and parking lot closures for Commencement Weekend, May 25-27

The university has issued a list of special changes for roads and parking on campus to accommodate Commencement Weekend activities, May 25-27.

Parking: Sage Hall parking lot will close at 5 p.m. and remain closed until 6 a.m., Sunday, May 27. Any remaining cars on this lot will be towed.

Road open: Forest Home Drive will reopen to one-way traffic eastbound (from the intersection with East Avenue) at 5 p.m. until 5 a.m. Tuesday, May 29. Toboggan Lodge will continue to be the stopping point for all westbound traffic.

Parking lots: The following will close at 1 a.m., with any remaining cars towed:

Road closures:

Parking for Convocation: Cornell Transportation Services suggests parking in the "B" Lot near the Veterinary College and at the "A" Lot on Pleasant Grove Road. Shuttle buses will run from these lots to the stadium. Parking will also be available in "N" parking areas along Tower Road, by Rice Hall, and along the north side of Alumni Field.

Parking lots: The following will close at 1 a.m., with any remaining cars towed. Lots will reopen at approximately 4 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Road closures, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.:

Parking for Commencement on Sunday: Cornell Transportation Services suggests parking in the "B" lot near the Veterinary College and at the "A" lot on Pleasant Grove Road. Shuttle buses will run from these lots to the stadium. After the ceremonies, the buses will go to both parking lots from central campus bus stops.
