Former Bush adviser Karl Rove to speak on 2012 election

Karl Rove, the political strategist credited with winning two elections for George W. Bush, will speak on the 2012 presidential election April 13 at 5:30 p.m. in Kennedy Hall's Call Alumni Auditorium. The event is free, but tickets, available at the Willard Straight Hall box office, are required.

Rove served as Bush's senior adviser and deputy chief of staff until 2007. Before his work with the administration, Rove ran successful senatorial and gubernatorial campaigns, including Bush's 1994 and 1998 runs in Texas. He is a political analyst for Fox News, Newsweek and The Wall Street Journal.

Rove's visit is sponsored by the Cornell student group College Republicans.
