Want to save three lives and help Cornell beat Dartmouth at the same time?

The American Red Cross is sponsoring a two-day competition between Cornell and Dartmouth College, May 3 and 4, to see which can boost its number of blood donors the most this May, when compared with their number of donors last May. A trophy will be awarded to the school that wins.

Cornell's blood drives for this competition will be May 3 at Weill Hall, 11:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and May 4 at Hans Bethe House, West Campus, 1:30-6:30 p.m. Each donation will be able to save three patients in the local area. With only 4 percent of the eligible public donating blood, each pint matters.

To schedule a donation appointment, call 1-800 RED CROSS or go to: http://www.redcrossblood.org.
