Network with CU Women Lead Dec. 5

CU Women Lead will hold its next meeting Dec. 5, noon-1 p.m., at 142 Goldwin Smith Hall. All Cornell women administrators, faculty and staff are invited; bring your lunch.

Participants will learn about Cornell’s new mentoring tool through a presentation by project team members Deb Billups, Diane Sempler and Beth Goelzer Lyons. Team members will review the functionality of the tool, and participants will have an opportunity to set up their profiles and provide feedback to the team on what would make this tool most useful.

CU Women Lead is a newly formed group. Inaugural informational meetings were conducted earlier this fall, with 53 women from all portions of the university in attendance. Part of the New York State chapter of the American Council on Education Network, CU Women Lead is designed to develop and promote the advancement of women in education through networking and professional development.

If interested in the Dec. 5 program or the group, RSVP and sign up for the CU Women Lead email list.
