The March 9 episode of All Things Equal featured Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce President Jennifer Tavares on diversity/equity/inclusion training. Many Chamber members have asked how to respond to systemic racism and workplace inequities, and a group of experienced facilitators and consultants are conducting related webinars.
