Cornell observes Veterans Day at West Campus War Memorial, Nov. 11

Cornell will observe Veterans Day, Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. at the West Campus World War I War Memorial, which is located at the large flagpole across West Avenue from Libe Slope.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature retired U.S. Navy Capt. James Nault, who will discuss the past and present service of veterans from within the Cornell community. A special luncheon will follow the event in the Willard Straight Memorial Room from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
