Philosopher's Annual honors Chignell article as best of 2010
By Daniel Aloi
A recent article by associate professor of philosophy Andrew Chignell has been selected by The Philosopher's Annual as one of the 10 best articles published in the field of philosophy in 2010.
Chignell's primary research focuses on Kant and early modern philosophy. His article, "Real Repugnance and Belief About Things-in-Themselves: A Problem and Kant's Three Solutions," was included in the book "Kant's Moral Metaphysics: God, Freedom and Immortality," co-edited by Benjamin Lipscomb and James Krueger; and also appeared in the International Yearbook of German Idealism.
Two other articles chosen for The Philosopher's Annual list first appeared in Philosophical Review, a journal published by Cornell's Sage School of Philosophy.
