New York state has released contract college health plan changes and rates for 2010. Contract college faculty and staff members can now make changes to or cancel their New York state health insurance plan for 2010, as well as choose to enroll in Cornell's Select Benefits medical care and dependent care reimbursement accounts. The enrollment deadline is Dec. 31.

Details of the specific changes permitted during the option transfer period, the contract college health plan comparison chart (including rates) and the New York State Health Insurance Transaction Form are available online at http://www.ohr.cornell.edu/benefits/openEnrollContract.html. Cornell's Benefit Services has sent letters outlining the changes in rates and certain plan details to all contract college employees' home addresses.
