Radio interview with community activist Richard Rivera on prison education and re-entry from incarceration

The April 20 episode of All Things Equal featured Richard Rivera, community activist working to support successful re-entry into society post-incarceration. Richard works with local nonprofits Ultimate Re-entry Organization (URO) and Opportunities, Alternatives, Resources (OAR) of Tompkins County, and serves on the Board of the Cornell Prison Education Program (CPEP).
