The Executive Committee of Cornell University's Board of Trustees will hold a brief open session when it meets in Manhattan at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, April 17, at the Cornell Club of New York, 6 E. 44th St.

The public session, for the meeting's first 20 minutes, will include a report from President Hunter Rawlings; a report from Provost Don M. Randel on the status of the state budget; and a recommendation on the 1998-99 capital budget request for the statutory colleges.
