Wellness Program offers March cooking classes
Even for those who grow and preserve their own fruits and vegetables, this time of year can be challenging for coming up with new meal ideas, especially ones that are quick to prepare and healthful. The Wellness Program will offer free cooking classes in March during the lunch hour. Registration is required for both classes and can be completed through the Wellness Web site, http://wellness.cornell.edu, or directly at http://cornell.veplan.net/Education/catalog.aspx?c=878. Contact Beth McKinney, bm20@cornell.edu, for more information.
