Mark von Bucher, 20, a sophomore animal science major in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences from Rochester, N.Y., died Jan. 26 as a result of head injuries suffered in a Jan. 7 skiing accident in Utah.

He was active on campus as a member of Psi Upsilon fraternity.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Feb. 5, at 4 p.m. at the Third Presbyterian Church, 4 Meigs St., Rochester. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Allendale Columbia School, 519 Allens Creek Road, Rochester, NY 14618, or to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport, NY 14450.

A campus memorial will be planned for a later date.

A campus memorial service for Oliver Schaufelberger, a junior environmental science major in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences who died Jan. 13 at his home in Lebanon, N.J., will be held Friday, Feb. 5, at 4 p.m. in the One World Room of Anabel Taylor Hall. The service is open to all members of Cornell community.
