President David Skorton will discuss challenges facing the university and higher education, game-changing strategies at Cornell, and new innovations and discoveries in a conversation with journalist Ed Zuckerman '70, March 14 at Fox Studios in Los Angeles.

The event begins with a 6 p.m. networking reception for alumni, parents and friends. Skorton and Zuckerman's hourlong interview will be followed by a Big Red celebration honoring Los Angeles-area Cornellians, amid some signature sights and sounds of the Ithaca campus.

Zuckerman has written for Rolling Stone, Spy and The New York Times Magazine, and has been a writer-producer of "Law & Order" and other television dramas.
