The 14th Annual Staff Education Exploration Day (S.E.E.D.) will be held Wednesday, July 18, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., in G10 Biotechnology Building.

The event is likely to draw 300-500 Cornell staff members. S.E.E.D. provides information about professional and personal development resources and showcases a variety of educational exhibitors in one location, giving staff an opportunity to explore an array of educational opportunities available on campus and through community organizations.

Résumé reviewers will be available throughout the event to offer suggestions on anyone's résumé.

Several workshops also will be held nearby:

• Can Your Résumé Pass the 10-Second Test? 11-11:45 a.m.;

• Preparing for the Interview Process, noon-12:45 p.m.; and

• How to Get a Degree While You're Working, 1-1:45 p.m.

A book exchange and door prizes will also be offered.

The event is sponsored by the Division of Human Resources and Safety Services and the School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions.
