Tickets on sale now for Feb. 16 Employee Celebration

The Winter Employee Celebration for staff, faculty, retirees and their families is set for Feb. 16. The event features dinner and admission to athletic events, and parking is free at Hoy Garage with Cornell University ID.

Tickets – $5 each – are on sale through Feb. 8 and can be purchased weekdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Athletic Ticket Office in Bartels Hall, online, or by calling 255-4247. Each ticket includes dinner in the Ramin Room at Bartels Hall and admission to the Marc Deneault Invitational Track and Field Competition, held all day in Barton Hall; women’s ice hockey vs. Yale at 3 p.m. in Lynah Rink; and men’s basketball vs. Yale at 7 p.m. in Newman Arena, Bartels Hall.

The Cornell community dinner, prepared by Cornell Catering, will be held 4-6:30 p.m. and will feature chicken parmesan and baked ziti. Vegan and gluten-free dinner options and other accommodations are available by request.

Dinner volunteers are needed for the following time slots: setup (12:30-3 p.m.), serving (3:15-6:30 p.m.) and cleanup (6:30-7:30 p.m.). Select one or more slots. All dinner volunteers will receive an Employee Celebration T-shirt and complimentary meal/game ticket for the day’s events. Sign up using the volunteer sign-up form. Contact with questions.
