DE&I expert Tony Byers joins ILR dean on "WORK!"

In our latest episode of “WORK! Exploring the Future of Work, Labor and Employment,” Cornell ILR Dean Alex Colvin speaks with Tony Byers, director of Diversity & Inclusion Programs at the ILR Center for Advanced HR Studies, about what companies and employees can do to make workplaces more diverse, equitable and inclusive for people of color.
At ILR, Byers works with executives and others to develop and lead impactful diversity and inclusion efforts. Author of the book, “The Multiplier Effect of Inclusion: How Diversity and Inclusion Advances Innovation and Drives Growth,” Byers has directed D&I efforts with some of the biggest companies in the world.
