Part of East Avenue to close to all traffic April 26-May 8

Beginning April 26, the portion of East Avenue between Tower Road and the Lincoln Hall driveway will be closed to vehicle traffic, including buses and bicycles. The sidewalk on the west side of the roadway will be closed as well.
