The United Way of Tompkins County is working with Cornell students, local volunteers and community partners to collect supplies for those that have been impacted by Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County is offering a full slate of workshops in October on plants, gardening, parenting, consumer rights and driving. The enrollment period for 4-H members 5-18 years of age is now open. Nominations for the Tompkins County Community Beautification Program will be accepted through Oct. 15.
