Only offered during Winter Session once before, the online course is taught by Catherine Appert, an ethnomusicologist and associate professor in the College of Arts and Sciences’ Department of Music.
Precollege’s most popular Winter Session course is Green World, Blue Planet (PLBIO 2400), taught by Tom Silva, winner of a SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence for teaching. This three-credit online class begins Jan. 2.

Part-time Study allows Cornell retirees to take up to six credits at Cornell every semester with permission from the instructor, for free.
