ITHACA, N.Y. -- Conservative commentator Jonah Goldberg will give a lecture, "All I am Saying Is Give War a Chance," on Oct. 4 at the Hollis E. Cornell Auditorium in Goldwin Smith Hall on the Cornell University campus. The lecture begins at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

The lecture is sponsored by the Cornell Review and Mock Election 2004.

Goldberg writes the "The Goldberg File" column for the National Review Online and is a contributing editor to the National Review . He also writes a nationally syndicated column distributed by Tribune Media Services. He has been a CNN contributor and has appeared on their political debate program Crossfire .

Prior to his work on the National Review , Goldberg was the senior producer of Think Tank with Ben Wattenberg. He has been researcher at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington. His writing has appeared in The New Yorker, Worth, Wall Street Journal, Commentary, The Public Interest, Wilson Quarterly, The Weekly Standard, New York Post, Reason, The Women's Quarterly, The New Criterion, Food and Wine, The Street.com, andSlate .
