eCornell has been named to Training Industry Inc.'s list of Top 20 Leadership Training Companies for the third consecutive year.

eCornell is a Cornell-owned subsidiary that offers online professional and executive development in the areas of leadership and management, human resources, financial management, health care, marketing and hospitality management.

Now in its third year, the annual list includes companies with "demonstrated experience and excellence in providing leadership training services to a variety of clients."

The companies were chosen using such criteria as thought leadership and influence on the leadership training industry; industry recognition and innovation; breadth of programs; and audiences served.

eCornell also recently announced that it is a finalist in the "Customer Service Department of the Year" category of the sixth annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. Winners will be announced Feb. 27.

eCornell courses are self-paced, "instructor-facilitated" courses. It has delivered more than 120,000 courses to more than 35,000 students in almost 200 countries.
