The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) has recognized creative work at Cornell with three Circle of Excellence Awards this year.

CASE sponsors a worldwide competition that honors exemplary programs and activities in higher education in several areas of communication, alumni relations and fundraising.

Cornell's 2015 award winners:

  • Gold medal for the Engaged Cornell proposal to the Einhorn Family Charitable Trust, including a “pitch book” of programs and projects. Engaged Cornell is a universitywide program whose goal is to establish community engagement in living, teaching, learning and research settings as a hallmark of the Cornell experience.
  • Silver medal for the Plan Your Visit interactive tool that helps prospective students and visitors create an itinerary before visiting to Cornell.
  • Bronze medal for the Cornell University sesquicentennial website.

The silver and bronze winners were produced by University Communications’ Marketing Group, which also lent design support to the gold award winner.
