OptumRx to be on campus to answer benefit concerns

Representatives of the new prescription drug management company for endowed employees, OptumRx, will be on campus this week to help employees who have experienced difficulties in transitioning to this new vendor.
OptumRx representatives will be available for drop-in customer service sessions at the following locations:
• East Hill Office Building, Suite 102: Wednesday, Feb. 10, 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Thursday, Feb. 11, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; and Friday, Feb. 12, 8-11 a.m.
• 130 Day Hall: Thursday, Feb. 11, noon-4:30 p.m.
No registration is necessary.
