30th annual Thanksgiving feast is Nov. 23

This Thanksgiving, join other members of the Cornell and local communities for the 30th annual Traditional American Thanksgiving Feast, Nov. 23 at the Robert Purcell Marketplace Eatery on North Campus, 107 Jessup Road.

The meal will include main entrees of roast turkey with gravy, poached salmon with citrus hollandaise and baked marinated tofu over rice pilaf; such sides as mashed potatoes, yams, green beans, carrots, bread and various kinds of stuffing; and an array of desserts and beverages.

Tickets went on sale for Cornell students, faculty, staff, alumni and families Nov. 14; ticket sales will be opened to the public Nov. 20 at 9 a.m.

Tickets are online at ISSO tickets, click on “ISSO Programs”: $14 per adult; $8 each for children ages 6-12; free for children 5 and younger. No refunds, and no tickets will be sold at the door.

Two seatings are available: choose between reserving at noon or at 1:30 p.m. Pick your preferred seating before you purchase your tickets online.

Seating is limited, so order soon and bring a printed copy of your e-ticket to the event.

The Thanksgiving feast is sponsored by the International Students and Scholars Office and Cornell Dining, with many offices from around campus co-sponsoring.
