Enrollment now open for Summer Session 2022
By Shelley Preston
Students are invited to enroll now for Cornell’s Summer Session, which, in addition to online classes, will feature on- and off-campus courses that had been curtailed due to COVID-19.
Students can earn up to 15 credits by taking regular Cornell classes taught by university faculty. Courses are offered in three-, six- and eight-week sessions between May 31 and August 2.
Summer Session, presented by the School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions (SCE) since 1877, offers courses in art, anthropology, architecture, astronomy, biology, business, chemistry, communication, computer science, design, economics, engineering, English, government, hotel administration, law, mathematics, music, nutritional science, physics, psychology, statistics, technology, veterinary medicine and more.
Special offerings this year include the Cornell Prelaw Program and Internship in New York City, taught by C. Evan Stewart ’74, JD ’77, and The Business World in New York City, taught by Erik Michielsen, director of the G100 Network, and a former regional director, Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.
Courses will be added throughout the spring, so students are encouraged to check the Summer Session course roster frequently.
For deadlines, review the Summer Session academic calendar. Visit summer.cornell.edu to enroll.
